Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Accounting & Auditing.Especially in manpower support service firm with project account handling. Invoicing:Experience in contract service – manpower invoicing, especially in the Oil & Gas industry.Good communication skills – for Invoice / Receivables follow-up.Experience in control of Accounts Receivables & reporting.Internal audit reconciliation of Invoices with client-based contracts. Accounts PayablesExcellent knowledge in Ledger reconciliations.Tracking of Accounts Payable on time & reporting.Preparation of Accounts Payable reports & follow-up.

Conducts Procurement Inspection assessments for all project scope material, package, and supporting documentation.Reviewing document quality for approved material, spare parts, and two-year maintenance requirements.Coordinates timely review of ORR deliverables and strategies for startup and handover.Coordinates transition and acceptance between CONTRACTOR and Operations warehouse for RSPL.Verification of closure of NCRs raised during manufacturingLeads and participates in audits at critical material, RSPL and start up critical parts.Reviews Vendor Manufacturing record books prior to issuance to Project TeamExpedites deliverables and materials and provides reports back to Project Team.Review mechanical acceptance package equipment, operating, and maintenance spares deliverables.Provides reports for all RSPL and Operational readiness progress. Experience required:15 years’ experience associated with Operational procedures and maintenance and startup deliverables executing Major projects including Major fabrication, manufacturing, and installation of offshore assetsMinimum 5 years’ experience working in the Middle East with prior experience of executing projects for the state of Qatar.
