PurposeTo achieve optimized commercial and cost performance for the turnaround scope within the block whilst supporting the Block Leader in delivering against the turnaround premises.Dimensions    Leader of commercial performance in a TA Block. In the field >20% of the time.    Coordination with whole block team and teams outside of the block organization such as C&P and Finance.    Intimately familiar with CONTRACTORS' scope of work and client and the CONTRACTOR'S deliverables    Familiar with turnaround maintenance activities    Capable of measuring CONTRACTOR performance and challenging CONTRACTOR claimsAccountabilities & Responsibilities    Overall responsibilities for the TA Block commercial performance and commercial exposure.  Works closely with Block Leader and Lead Planner to ensure commercial performance is delivered alongside safety, schedule and quality requirements    Works closely with other Commercial Block Leads to ensure consistency in dealing with CONTRACTORS across the whole event    Works closely with Contracts and Procurement to ensure contract terms and conditions are applied correctly and CONTRACTOR deliverables are realized.
