Job Purpose: · Assist Hand Over and Completion Division manager on daily duties (meetings, reporting, team coordination etc…) · Visibility to the Team in particular during the hand-over and completion preparation and execution works to influence on the technical decisions and methods so as to achieve a flawless completion · "Work as a team" behaviour and attitude towards EPC-1 Contractor as well as its Subcontractors to achieve Project objectives. · Assist Hand Over and Completion Division Manager for the System Completion Database set-up, population, reporting including comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators in close collaboration with the EPC-1 Contractor.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESFocal point at site, for implementing safety leadership and safe execution of the work.Assist the Project Manager Jackets in executing Project responsibilities and deputise for him as needed.Manage all construction and installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule and at the same time ensure technical interfaces with Project PMT, Site PMT and Contractors are managed effectively.Support external interfaces with RLC and other operators.Manage all construction and installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.Schedule and arrange technical support to shareholders, whilst leading, monitoring, and approving Contractor construction and installation work.Ensure Contractor design documents and other submittals are reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements; ensure technical aspects of the Risk Management Plan are managed effectively.Review and approve design changes, specification revisions and exceptions in accordance with the Project Management of Change (PMOC) processes.Coordinate all onshore construction and installation changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.
