Job Description

Job Purpose: · Assist Hand Over and Completion Division manager on daily duties (meetings, reporting, team coordination etc…) · Visibility to the Team in particular during the hand-over and completion preparation and execution works to influence on the technical decisions and methods so as to achieve a flawless completion · "Work as a team" behaviour and attitude towards EPC-1 Contractor as well as its Subcontractors to achieve Project objectives. · Assist Hand Over and Completion Division Manager for the System Completion Database set-up, population, reporting including comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators in close collaboration with the EPC-1 Contractor.

Key Result Areas:

• Assist HOC Manager on daily duties (meetings, reporting, coordination within the team, communications)
• Ensure and emphasize Teamwork within HOC team
• In charge of developing and communicating work priorities as per project schedule and HOC Division manager inputs
• Focal point with PMT schedulers (review, comments, updates queries etc…)
