KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESReviews the procurement activities of contractor with those of the PMT to ensure thatcompany’s procurement objectives are met with regards to cost, schedule and quality.Stewards contractor’s performance to ensure their compliance with company’s requirements and approved proceduresReviews and approves contractor’s procurement procedures and documents.Participates in review of contractor’s vendor quality control effort. Assists contractor in resolving procurement issues and problems. Assists CONTRACTOR in evaluating prospective key vendors and coorodinate in the case of addition to Project Vendor List.Cooperate with Quality department to ensure EPC contractor’s items meet the project quality requirements.Reviews and monitors EPC contractor’s procurement plans for purchase of CONTRACTOR’s scope and EPC contractor’s handling COMPANY items.Review and monitors EPC contractors’ materials management plans.Works effectively within established policies and procedures, and participates in the further development of these to meet changing needs.Receive vendor completed EPLs through EPCI CONTRACTOR complete review for completeness and carry out necessary actions to ensure completeness of information prior to issuing to OPCO. Monitors formal finalisation of EPC contractor’s procurement of spare parts.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESFocal point at site, for implementing safety leadership and safe execution of the work.Assist the Project Manager Jackets in executing Project responsibilities and deputise for him as needed.Manage all construction and installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule and at the same time ensure technical interfaces with Project PMT, Site PMT and Contractors are managed effectively.Support external interfaces with RLC and other operators.Manage all construction and installation requirements of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.Schedule and arrange technical support to shareholders, whilst leading, monitoring, and approving Contractor construction and installation work.Ensure Contractor design documents and other submittals are reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements; ensure technical aspects of the Risk Management Plan are managed effectively.Review and approve design changes, specification revisions and exceptions in accordance with the Project Management of Change (PMOC) processes.Coordinate all onshore construction and installation changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIESFocal point at site, for promoting and implementing safety on construction site.Implement the safety observations reporting and monitoring.Lead the construction team and keep the team committed to targets defined by the project managementAssist the Construction Manager in executing Project responsibilities for his scope of work.Anticipate, prepare and manage all construction , liftings and load-out activities of the Project, to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.Ensure coordination for site activities and provide technical support with contractor , quality, safety, planning and engineeringReview, approve and implement Contractor construction plan.Ensure Contractor construction and load out documents and other submittals are timely reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.Review and propose mitigation for construction aspects of the Risk Management Plan. Monitor the mitigation when definedReview all onshore construction changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.Attend to meetings as required, mentor the trainees to develop their project skills and experience while being on site; Maintain a register of lessons learned.
