Key Job Accountabilities:Lead project shutdown execution activities, ensuring that Project Core Values, i.e. Safety Quality and Integrity as well as are enforced at all times during the preparation and execution of the shutdowns sby the Contractor.Lead the shutdown team to ensure the safety, administrative and operational aspects of shutdowns are monitored and the performance targets are being met and highlight to PMT’s attention any signs of poor performance and take the lead for providing immediate corrective actions proposalsEnsures overall compliance with shutdown Execution Plans, specifications, and procedures,  especially Shutdown Management System Process by promoting effective communication and team working together with best practice sharing to improve operational efficiencies.Lead key interfaces with continuous and regular communication, meetings and site visits, as applicable, with all stakeholders including but not limited to Operations, PMT and EPC Contractor.Lead the preparation for shutdown activities, ensuring adequate scope components are well captured and progressed, identifying critical activities and providing leads for efficient monitoring and issues solving to ensure set objectives are achieved.. Contribute to the roles and responsibilities definition to ensure an efficient preparation and execution of the full EPCO program of brownfield and shutdown activities.Lead or contribute to project workshops related to Execution such as, Constructability, Risk Assessments, Shutdown Readiness, etc., as well as ensuring timely resolution to problems and challenges through best practices, industry standards and knowledge gained from personal experience.Lead the execution of the shutdown activities including the early detailed planning of the pre shutdown, shutdown & post-shut down activities, the associated gating requirements and ensuring a robust, scalable and repeatable EPCO shutdown management program is put in place.Lead the contractor performance through leadership and coaching to ensure teams understand the work processes, implementation and performance monitoring, resulting in the timely mobilisation of quality resources and effectiveness of site personnel.Implement effective interaction with Project Team, client departments and contractors to resolve issues and ensure execution is aligned with best practices in shutdown planning, preparation and reliability in line with approved schedule and costs.Attend and lead regular shutdown progress meetings on behalf of the Company.

 Key Job Accountabilities Determine, uphold and inspire safety, health, environment and quality performance for all offshore installation and HU activities during the execution of the workscope via demonstrable leadership and compliance with all relevant safety, health, environmental and quality procedures and policies to promote in particular a safe work environment and inform  Management immediately of any safety issues incompatible with proceduresSupervize work in full compliance with Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System (QGPMS) ensuring EPCO contractor fulfills his contractual requirements and provide support as necessary to address identified capability gaps.Ensure delivery of NFPS EPC-Offshore Project offshore installation and HU workscope (CAT1 Mega Project with estimated CAPEX budget of >$2bn) in accordance with agreed schedule and budget, while meeting the intermediate critical milestones and managingReview and ensure CONTRACTOR execution plan, schedule and associated procedures for installation of facilities (jackets, topsides and bridges), pipelines and cables as well as HUC activities are compliant with the Contract and Scope of Work, in particular in terms of safety and quality, that all relevant risk assessments have been performed and that contractor will deliver the different facilities as per the agreed scheduleManage the offshore installation operations and HU activities, with regular site trips, especially for critical activities, ensuring strict adherence to procedures and ascertaining that any changes to scope shall follow a strict MOC process, developing recovery/contingency plans for contractor consideration to address any delays, ensuring timing is in accordance with approved project schedule. Provide execution data (narrative, charts, graphs, etc.) and KPIs for the weekly and monthly progress reporting and stewardship in respect to the delivery of offshore installation and HU activities.Direct and supervise all offshore installation and HUC activities effectively until RFSU while ensuring impact on Operations is minimized and timing of the workscope is in accordance with the approved project execution schedule and aligned with stakeholder expectations.Ensure a close liaison with the Project Management Team (PMT), in particular with the Construction and Installation Head and maintain alignment between EPCO team, other related PMTs, and Qatargas Operations on project execution plans, needs, objectives and requirements.Develop and maintain effective relationships with CONTRACTOR, stakeholders and customers ensuring alignment on project delivery including interface agreements and execution plans Cooperate with review teams and support post-audit activities with respect to contract administration and subcontracting process improvements.Issue a regular and efficient reporting to provide Management a good overview of the progress achievements and leading indicators towards achieving EPCO objectives, and share with Management the look-ahead of critical installation and HU activities to timely initiate the planning and the preparation of these critical operations with all stakeholders, highlighting to Management attention, any signs of poor contractor performance and taking the lead for providing immediate corrective action proposals and seek to identify early signs of deviance.
